Maggie Valley, NC is a small town nestled just a few miles from countless wonderful things that Western North Carolina has to offer. Maggie Valley Yurts + Log Cabins was established in 2005 by Jamie and Lisa Milligan. The Milligans have years of experience creating lasting memories and experiences for their travel agency clientele.

Do we issue refunds?Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Holiday Reservations are non-refundable. Holiday Dates: Easter Week, Memorial Day Week, the months of July & October, Labor Day Week, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Eve thru New Years Day

Do we allow pets?Pets are allowed in all of the cabins & yurts with a $75 non-refundable fee. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Please be courteous and clean up after your pets. Pets must always be kept on a leash outside of the cabin. No large or aggressive pets allowed. Pets should be crated when left unattended in the cabin. If you do not have a crate, then we will rent you one of ours for $10 per day. Have a question prior to booking, give us a call at 1-828-944-0610.

Is smoking allowed?Smoking of any kind is prohibited in any of the cabins and yurts. You may smoke on your deck or the surrounding area as needed - please make sure the doors are not open allowing smoke to flow back inside. Any violation of this policy will result in a charge of $250 to properly clean your cabin/yurt. We have provided ashtrays for proper disposal. Fireworks, firearms, loud and disorderly conduct are all strictly prohibited as well.

How does check-in/check-out work?Our property is self check-in/ check-out. Check-in begins at 3 PM. (Early check in is on a case by case basis). You will receive a phone call/ text prior to your arrival with detailed instructions about your stay with us. If we are unable to reach you by phone, then you will receive an e-mail. There will be a guest book loaded with all sorts of information on the kitchen table. It will have information on the property, as well as the surrounding area. Check-out is 11 AM. We ask that you be respectful of our property and tidy up a bit, There is a $50 cleaning fee per stay, and our staff will take care of the trash, deep cleaning, and washing dishes, sheets, towels, etc.

When will I be charged for my stay?Once you make your reservation, you will be charged 1 night's stay as a deposit. If you are arriving within 2 weeks, then you will be charged for your entire reservation. If you are coming outside of 2 weeks, then you will be charged the balance 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Charges will appear as P&B Enterprises or Maggie Valley Cabin Rentals. Each Cabin will be inspected upon your departure. Guests are responsible for any and all damages.

What happens if I cancel or do not show up for my reservation?If you need to cancel outside of 2 weeks from your scheduled arrival, then you will receive a full refund – a $25 admin fee. If you need to cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival, then there is no refund. At our discretion, and if we are able to re-rent your cabin for any or all of your original dates, then you may use the number of days we are able to rent in the future - one time only, to be used within 1 year of the original reservation date, and not over a holiday. No shows will be charged in full, and will not receive a refund.
